SKiB offers many advantages through uncomplicated administration of school child care.
The school years with registration periods are managed centrally. This guarantees a better overview and makes it easier to implement necessary changes to the periods even at short notice. The organisations can be created flexibly by the responsible bodies or the city. The same applies to the creation of the schools, here too it is the simplicity and flexibility that leads to all information being available quickly and clearly.
Different settings can be individually edited by the city. These include colours, logo, imprint and data protection information.
Information for the supervising institution:
We thought about how to simplify the cooperation between the supporting organisation and the city. The supervising organisations can change their own settings themselves. This relieves the cities and the changes can be implemented promptly.
Support time windows can be configured by the supporting organisations themselves. This allows an exact adjustment to individual school hours.
Attendance lists can be generated according to individual needs. The filter functions allow the responsible staff to do this easily. Finally, the generated lists can be exported as PDF and Excel.
